My business in a nutshell: If you need website visitors, come surf for free and get yourself some visitors to your website. You want to buy some visitors instead of surf? Great. I'll give you some visitors without you having to spend a whole lot for them. If you purchase an adpack, you'll receive the ad service you selected and paid for. And you know- I recognize that I need not just buyers, but surfers too. So, if you buy an adpack and surf in the traffic exchange, I'll go ahead and give you some of the money that comes into the company because of the sales of all the ad services on my website. I won't pay you any more than $55, though - but whatever the company receives in ad sales, I'm going to give it to you as long as you surf a minimum number of ads. I recognize I wouldn't be able to sell these services without surfers, so why not give some of these sales profits to the people who are doing the surfing?

Simply because I've chosen to give the money that comes in from ad services sales to the people who surf, people are saying I'm such a terrible guy. Gain some perspective please people. Traffic Monsoon has never offered an investment, only ad service - and that's it. I've chosen to simply pass the profit margins to the people who have chosen to buy the adpack service and who are actively surfing in the traffic exchange.

There would never be any amount given to these surfers more than actual money received 24 hours or more ago. The company is not in debt. The company is not falling into debt. The amount members receive may go up or down depending upon sales of services sold, but the major factor is-- people who tell others about the services offered on Traffic Monsoon earn far more than what people would receive through revenue sharing anyway.

People have built up a real full-time income by selling these services to others. People depended upon this income to support their living expenses. Free members all around the world earning an extra bit of money to help them support their families clicking on cash links. Suddenly PayPal chose to part ways with Traffic Monsoon, and has held Traffic Monsoon account holder's earnings for 180 days. This was a crushing blow to the people who truly depeneded upon this income, and had no other means to provide for their families.

All this waiting, all this time, and people were finally feeling an excitement to finally get paid after so long. Then, the SEC files a lawsuit against Traffic Monsoon and me alleging that I'm operating some sort of illegal ponzi scheme. Choosing to give active surfers money for surfing ads is not a ponzi. Selling ad services is not illegal. But, through this, people have not understood the business model, they have not understood that PayPal truly was holding onto the money, and even now there is a lot of confusion about what the SEC is doing. I'm even confused why the SEC is doing this. They continuously label customers of ad services "investors" when in fact no one is an investor. Not in reality.

I just wanted to say-- that over the past few days I've spoken to a few attorneys. I have 1 attorney currently. With each of these talks, I have received a view into these attorneys history, previous cases, situations others have been in... and that these other individuals have come out the other side.

One such example was also relating to an asset freeze but with the FTC. The judge listened to the arguments on both sides, and sided with the attorney I was speaking with on the phone. The asset freeze was lifted, and not only that- but the FTC had to reward the defendant for their legal fees.

Many of us can clearly recognize TM is not an investment. Although the SEC for whatever reason can't see it as clearly... there is hope the judge will, and with the right attorney presenting the facts... dismissal has occurred in situations far worse than we're in.

While haters want to side with the SEC and try to convince me and others there's no chance now... speaking with lawyers who have faced similar cases and successfully obtained dismissal, settlements in favor of their clients, and winning in court against similar claims certainly shows there is a good chance - especially since there is a common consensus among so many members recognizing fully that their purchase is not an investment, but an advertising purchase.. members themselves providing examples such as rebates, and illustrating how TM works as not an investment --- certainly shows that there is certainly more support of TM than the haters want to recognize.... we have come a long way together.. thank you for sticking through this and offering a helping hand while facing this enormous challenge.. and for your faith, prayers, and confidence that all will work out in the end of this.. With God's permission, we'll pull through and all truly will work out through the end of this in favor of the company, which would mean in favor of all the members involved

An update of what's going on. My attorney has contacted the SEC to setup a meeting. The earliest the SEC could meet is next week. I also want to tell you that throughout settlement discussions until resolution, nothing is going to be published by me about what's happening through those talks. The goal of the resolution for me is to protect me, my relationship with my wife, son, and family, to protect the business as a whole, to protect the customers, and protect each member individually.

I know this is important for you. It's important for me. I want to get through this as quickly as possible, but I also recognize there is a process to this. We'll get through it.

To answer some questions:
- It is of NO assistance to send anything to the judge. That's not the way the process works.
- No one knows how long it will take until resolution is reached, but the goal is as quickly as possible. Realistically, I believe we could be looking at 180 days from now due to chargebacks and disputes-- unless the SEC can be proven wrong that Traffic Monsoon isn't offering an investment, and adpack buyers are customers, not investors. If we can do that, then I believe resolution should be able to be reached much faster, and the available funds would be released and made available to pay you what you have earned.
- No one knows what the resolution will be, but whatever it is-- it'll be favorable to you one way or another.

- Participation with his affidavit could also help illustrate that people who purchased adpacks knew they are customers and not investors - especially since it was clearly published on the purchase page that this service purchase is not an investment.

Traffic Monsoon is offering to deliver these services through multiple different traffic exchanges and paid-to-click sites. My videos and my website do not tell people to invest and receive returns. I recognize not everyone can understand everything, but I have done my best to make sure the offer as it is presented is for advertising services, and ad services only... but also tell these people that I want active members in the traffic exchange, so if the adpack buyers choose to actively click a minimum number of ads in the traffic exchange, I'll reward them for their activity from the profit margins of the services sold on the website. I never promise to pay their money back- in fact in the terms of service there's a no-refund policy.
